A Convenient and Flexible Solution

If you’re searching for a versatile packaging solution that can fill several roles, Plastipak’s new circular 125 mL multi-purpose packaging offering may be the right option for you. Consider investing in our convenient multi-use packaging to significantly cut down on the time and energy investment needed to select multiple types of packaging for similar products. 

With a 38 mm market standard neck finish in both 38mm 3S and 38/400 versions, these containers are wide enough to be reused for multiple applications. This new packaging option serves as an ideal solution for nutraceuticals, supplements, probiotics, juices, pills, candies and gums.

The standard juice neck makes the bottle well-suited for liquids, and the neck is also wide enough to allow easy extraction of solids, such as sweets, pills and tablets. Child resistant closures and tethered caps are available for bottles as needed.

Our multi-purpose packaging is also extremely light weight, starting at just 16 grams. Currently, we are producing our multi-purpose packaging in 125 mL size, but we can meet market demands for different sizes as well.

Recognizing the different needs of production facilities, Plastipak offers deliveries either in boxes or trays based on our partners’ requirements for their unloading platforms and filling lines.

Although the default options for this packaging solution are white or clear, we can provide additional colors to meet your branding needs. When possible, we recommend transparent packaging because it is fully recyclable and can reduce your carbon footprint.

If your product needs further protection, we can easily add one of Plastipak’s monolayer and multilayer barrier solutions, which product products from the negative effects of oxygen ingress, UV light and CO2 loss.
